Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Each piece is checked and wrapped by hand before it ships.

Enjoy free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum. Your crystals arrive at your door at no extra cost.

US orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days. International delivery times vary by destination and customs.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to love what you receive. If something is not right, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery. Pieces should be in their original condition, with any tags or packaging intact.
To start a return, reach out through our contact page with your order number and we will guide you through the next steps. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
In the rare case that a piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.
